Polysaccharide S-60
What it is
Gellan Gum is a microbial-fermentation-derived polysaccharide used as a natural thickener and gelling agent in cosmetic and personal-care formulas. It is popular in "clean" formulations as an alternative to synthetic carbomers for building light, elegant gel textures.
How it works
