Soybean Panthenol Cleansing Oil

How to use

Pump 2-3 times onto dry hands and gently massage onto dry face in circular motions to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add a small amount of lukewarm water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a water-based cleanser if desired (double cleanse).
